Seems like just yesterday that "Dick" Gephardt-D introduced the notion that Bush '43 was a "miserable failure" and, I must admit, as a formerly whacked out "liberal" now an enlightened Indy, LOVED it! Had a lovely kind of ring to it for some inexplicable reason, not to mention that I thought it was a perfect assessment, even IF spoken by a Dem I certainly didn't have a lot of respect for...but, alas, I wore that Dem label proudly AND rigidly. Not no moh' tho' - not since the abduction of the Democratic Party by a bunch of aliens from...??? Russia? Na - can't be...it's too far away from Mecca oh but I digress. Anyway, sorry, Prez Bush - you've lost the title (and now in hindsight, not so sure it was even deserved - at LEAST he kept us safe and loved this country but all that's a topic for another day) which is exactly how it should be. After all, Messiahs trump ALL.
